Semi Selections Difficult

Zephyr Rovers Manager Steve Hall confirmed selecting his semi final team had been difficult due to injuries and unavailability. "We've strung a competitive line up together though although we'll be without Chopper McIntosh which should win us a few favours with the referees" said Hall "and although we've had a low key build up in the last week I think we're all keen to make the final so it will be all on". Hall said he wasn't concerned about potential problems with the heat due to the 12 noon kick off. "I think some players might want to be wearing thermal gear to stay warm" said Hall "as although we should be getting nice weather at this time of the year I see they predicting a sharp southerly". Hall said he would not confirm his starting line up until kick off but hoped there would be a full house down at the Shed of Dreams. "We're looking for the fans to get behind us for this one" said Hall "and as far as the result goes we'll be happy to have another win against Whites to make the final".
