Mourinho Not Wanted, Nicki Watson Maybe

Zephyr Rovers Chairman said whilst he was stunned at the departure form Chelsea of Jose Mourinho, he denied that Zephyr Rovers were involved in any way. "Can I just say strictly off the record" said Nash " that whilst the board has every confidence in our current manager, we might take a look at Martin Jol if he was to turn up at Shed 1". A spokesmen for Chelski said he hadn't heard of any links between Rovers and Mourinho but wouldn't be surprised if Martin Jol was soon on his way from White Heart Lane. An anonymous source close to Rovers said he actually thought some of the Rovers Board members were taking a look at Nicky Watson earlier today. "Those sort of rumours come from the gutter press" said Zephyr Chairman George Nash "but if Watson wants to come and support the club we won't be turning her away". Meanwhile Chelski are looking for a manager and Zephyr Manager Steve Hall is said to not be on the short list at this point.
