Zephyr Rovers supporters club president was again doing her retro pirate look today to mark International talk like a pirate day. "Aaaarrrrr it's that time of the year again me hearties" said Pollock "I always enjoy the day 'cause I can get me pirate hat out and plunder treasure all day". Zephyr Rovers Manager Steve Hall said it was a quaint custom and he had no objection at all in promoting Pollock talking funny and wearing strange hats for the day. "Liz seems quite fond of the day and we don't want to curb her enthusiasm by telling her it is silly" said Hall "after all some people might think wearing a Retro Rikki tee shirt or a kilt is a bit odd, so it is each to their own". Hall said their was no truth at all to the rumour that Rovers would be wearing pirate hats for their semi-final fixture next Monday at the Shed of Dreams.
