Zephyr Rovers Manager Steve Hall said the Rovers line up would be the same as last week apart from his own return to the team. "Personally I consider my return strengthens the team but I'm not exactly sure what the rest of the team think" said Hall "but having just completed a management course I feel confident that management by fear is a good technique for short term gains". Hall said he wasn't strictly speaking on a people management course but thought the skills you applied to managing anything probably applied to football as well. "I wouldn't like to extrapolate this view too far" said Hall "as clearly somethings are easier to manage than others and managing a first division indoor football team is obviously right up there as regards difficulty level".
