Chopper To Tone It Down
"Chopper" Colin McIntosh (pictured) has confirmed he will tone down his act for the Division 1 clash against Ten Left Feet at the Shed of Dreams on Wednesday. "I've been getting a bit of stick for my uncompromising style" said McIntosh "but I want to be seen as a player of genuine skill not just someone who chops the opposition down at the knees". Zephyr Rovers Manager Steve Hall said the team had always had a bit of a reputation for not backing and founding members Smith and Riddle were frequent visitors to the sideline. "I don't think we want to turn into pussycats" said Hall "but we need five on the park to stand a chance in Division 1 so sin bins will need to be kept to a minimum". Hall confirmed Chopper has been selected for the squad and he'd give him no special instructions for the match.

Mow them down chopper. Show them who's boss!
He won't be chopping much with those teeth.
Chopper is a softie really - just don't go near him when he has the ball.
He should play for Argentina.
Chopper is trying to get on the Search Wellington front page.
