Satisfaction Survey Released

Zephyr Rovers Manager Steve Hall said he wes pleased with the results of the recent team satisfaction survey. "Once the players realised the survey wasn't really anonymous and they would be dropped if they gave negative feedback about management" said Hall "we anticpated positive findings and that is just what we got". Hall said a good team morale was an important part of the culture change required in the "Great to Brilliant" team restructure. "We've won a few on the trot now so obviously we're doing something right" said Hall "I'm starting to wonder if we set our sights high enough with only wanting to be brilliant". Hall said he was always on the look out for new managment trends to foist upon the unsuspecting team. "We thought we'd take a look at Lominger competencies" said Hall "but we can't find the competency for ball skills in the book yet so we're taking a cautious approach".
